The following is the composition of the complex of vitamins and minerals. The author of the text classified omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids as vitamins. Instead of mineral additives, chemical elements are indicated. For some reason, there was hemoglobin in the feed mixture. Maybe this means some new feed additive unknown to specialists and consumers?

The food was enriched with amino acids, but for some reason methionine + cystine is indicated, although the feed preparation is called DL-methionine. The feed mixture contains a prebiotic, but which one is unclear. Yucca is a natural deodorant that binds ammonia and other foul-smelling fecal metabolites.

Laboratory analysis shows the high energy nutritional value of the feed and the optimal ratio of protein, fat and fiber for a growing organism. But it is impossible to classify food as a super premium class due to the fact that there is no reliable information about the composition of the feed mixture.

• Squirrels. The main source of proteins is meat. Depending on the diet, chicken, turkey, duck, goose, lamb and salmon can be used. The composition uses dehydrated meat, the content of which can range from 24 to 40% (the highest level in diets for kittens, and the lowest for sterilized cats). However, in some types of food the percentage of meat is not indicated at all (for example, in food for long-haired cats). Also causing confusion is the origin of the meat itself. For example, in a diet for kittens with lamb, where the main ingredient (lamb) is indicated on the package, the composition states that the dehydrated meat includes poultry (it is not known which one), fish and at least 4% of the lamb itself. The same situation can be seen in other foods: dehydrated meat is interpreted as poultry with the addition of the main meat component (goose, turkey, etc.) of at least 4-5%. Another source of proteins are hydrolyzed meat proteins. Again, their origin is not explained. In the analytical composition, crude protein is indicated from 30 to 34%, depending on the type of food. Proteins of plant origin are not found in diets.
• Fats. Represented by fish and poultry oil. The analytical component ranges from 16 to 18%. Fats are involved in many metabolic processes and are one of the important energy carriers, as well as an additional source of protein. Therefore, they are very important for the life of the pet. They also contain polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6, which are necessary for the normal functioning of many organs and systems, in particular the nervous and cardiovascular.

• Carbohydrates. The main source of carbohydrates is maize, that is, corn. This is not the best ingredient for a Super-premium food. Rice is also used in the diet for sterilized cats. On the official website, the manufacturer writes that the food uses an anti-allergenic formula with a minimal presence of grains, but does not indicate what percentage. At the same time, in many diets they come in second place (that is, their quantity cannot be neglected). Also, foods for large breeds use wheat, which often causes allergic reactions in cats and can disrupt digestion. In the analytical composition, carbohydrates include from 29 to 37%, that is, their amount is equal to or even greater than the level of proteins.

• Plant components. Represented by the following ingredients: dried apples, Yucca Schidigera, wheat bran, microcrystalline cellulose, dehydrated yeast concentrate. Crude fiber levels range from 1.85 to 3.5%.
• Vitamins and microelements. ZooRing is enriched with a vitamin-mineral complex, which includes: vitamins A, D3, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, K, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, choline chloride, biotin, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, lysine, methionine + cystine, tryptophan, taurine.
